Mindoro Loop

It's been awhile since I last posted an update on this site.

As an avid biker for a decade now, I will try as much as I can to capture the beauty of the places I've been not only thru photographs, but thru videos as well. Thank goodness both media can now be captured with the same equipment: a Digital SLR Camera.

Let this video tell you our journey. Mindoro Island on a bike.

Mayon Volcano

Mayon Volcano, also known as Mount Mayon, is an active stratovolcano in the province of Albay, in the Bicol Region, on the island of Luzon, in the Philippines.

Renowned as the "perfect cone" because of its almost symmetrically conical shape, Mayon forms the northern boundary of Legazpi City. Local folklore refers to the volcano as Bulkang Magayon (Bikol: 'Beautiful Volcano'), after the legendary heroine Daragang Magayon (Bikol: 'Beautiful Lady')

Mystic Island

San Juan, Siquijor Province

Siquijor, an island province in the Visayas Region is traditionally known among the elderly for local witchcraft and sorcery. But the mystic of Siquijor lies in its natural wonder, where long stretches of white sandy beaches and crystal blue waters can be found.

Mag-aso Falls

Mag-aso Falls in Kabankalan, Negros Occidental Province. It is 4 hours away by car from Bacolod City, the capital of the province. Virtually unspoiled and quite unknown even among locals, its crystal blue waters invite visitors to a refreshing dip.

One of the newest weekend destinations just 4 hours away from Manila is Nagsasa Cove in San Antonio, Zambales Province. Agoho trees surrounding the lake create an Alps-like atmosphere not typical of  tropical landscapes.
